The company are keen to recruit a talented full time sales person to join their dynamic and successful London sales team.
Working as part of a small, dedicated team the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the order process effectively and efficiently for both retail and trade clients from initial enquiry; either in person at the showroom, over the telephone or via email through to completion and installation.
Other key features include presenting clients with the full range of products and services available at the company, producing and following up on detailed quotes and orders, and developing key relationships through excellent customer service whilst championing the company brand.
Off-site consultations at client homes and participation at industry shows & events will be required some of which may be outside of normal working hours.
Being a customer-facing role we welcome applications from well presented, enthusiastic and personable individuals who inspire confidence with their product knowledge, passion for sales through service coupled with a passion for interior design. A multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to elicit key information with scrupulous attention to detail are essential skills required by the role.
The successful candidate
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering sales, exceeding customer expectations and developing key relationships. They must be organised, numerate, I.T. literate and accustomed with anticipating and managing client needs from small commissions through to larger complex projects.
We welcome applications form candidates with at least two years proven customer facing sales experience working for a luxury brand in the interiors industry, preferably in the competitive London market and ideally for a showroom or working with bespoke soft furnishings.
