About the role

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm & Saturday 1 in 2 8.30am - 12.30pm

We pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering the highest quality service to all our customers, and with ambitious plans for the future; we are looking for people who are passionate and positive with the drive to delight our customers by giving them the best possible customer experience.

You will respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs and ensure the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advise the customer as necessary. You will answer customers' questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs and check all documents for accurate completion.

Liaising with service manager to ensure workshop loading suits diary bookings and produce invoices for completed work and explain the content to customers. In addition to this, you will ensure service bookings and appointments are managed efficiently whilst establishing customers drop off and collection requirements or arranging alternative transport where necessary.

About you

You will have gained experience from within the motor trade in a similar role. Previous experience in working with Kerridge is advantageous and you must be a confident user of computers.

The successful candidate will have administration experience and the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands and schedule work appropriately.
