My client is a global blue chip manufacturer of medical devices, specialising in endoscopy and microscopy. The company is committed to the UK market and investment into R&D is at the heart of the business. They have gone from strength to strength, growing their sales teams as a result of increased growth. As a result they are looking to grow their team in the Ear, Nose and Throat Endoscope department.

This is a great opportunity for someone to grow their career in the medical sales industry. The company has a strong culture for internal growth, encourages progression and constant in house training is provided through a medium of training courses and shadowing in the field.

Description

The Senior Territory Manager's primary responsibility, will be to sell directly into the NHS and community services such as clinics and nursing homes, managing and developing key accounts whilst identifying new opportunities within the region. Further responsibilities include:-

- Selling a portfolio of products to Healthcare professionals within secondary care.

- Work in operating theatres, ITU/ICU and Outpatients units in close association with consultants, clinicians and nursing staff.

- Attending exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings.

- Fully define project scope, goals and deliverables for all new business and change in scope of existing business.

- Focus on growing current business and prospecting new business.

- Deliver training and offer sales support for current customers.

- Working with numerous internal stakeholders to co-ordinate efforts in maximising opportunities.

- Build relationships with existing clients, recognise their needs and propose a solution.

Profile

The successful Senior Territory Manager will:-

  • Have previous experience in medical device sales and want to continue to develop their career in medical sales.
  • Have strong interpersonal and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Be a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who has the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Have the confidence to present key data to large groups.
  • Have a full driver's license.
  • Be able to travel to the Central London, North and West London, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire area on a daily basis.
  • Be able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.

Job Offer

Basic salary of up to £44,000.
Generous bonus scheme.

Company car plus £400 a month car allowance.
