Your role as a Senior Talent Broker

No-one joins us with a readymade client list.  So, this is your chance to build your client base from the ground up.  Respect is earned, and you’ll work hard to earn it.  Putting yourself out there, you’ll grow your network bit by bit.  And, by listening to what people want and coming up with intuitive resourcing solutions, you’ll start to win business.  Then you’ll oversee the delivery – ensuring that at every step of the process your client and potential candidates are happy so that they’ll want to come back to us (and to you) time and time again.

Who makes a great Senior Talent Broker?

Every Broker here is a self-starter.  Resilience is critical to success.  As is conveying your genuine commitment to delivery and to the aviation / airline industry itself.  So, if you’ve got aviation experience, so much the better.  But if you don’t, we know you’ll immerse yourself so that you’ll become an expert in no time.  And as you’ve already got relevant sales or recruitment experience, that’s great too as it’s likely you’ll start to see tangible results quickly.  As important, however, are your excellent organisation, presentation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.  And, naturally, as this is a customer-driven sales environment, positivity is essential.  You’ll also need to enjoy working to targets and tight deadlines.
