About Us

Robins & Day is PSA Peugeot Citroen's own retail operation supporting the Peugeot, Citroen and DS brands. We Lead the Way for the Automotive Industry at our UK wide, state of the art dealerships and provide the outstanding service our customers have become accustomed to.


Working within a critical customer facing role, our Customer Advisors have both a sales and service responsibilities. As they are usually the first point of contact for customers, it is vital they provide a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the leadership of the Service Customer Advisor team
  • Liaising with customers both face to face and over the telephone
  • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to book customer services and MOTs
  • Discussing service plans with customers and the benefits of having one
  • Explaining service work carried out on customer vehicles and recognising upselling opportunities
  • Working to achieve KPIs ensuring delivery of exceptional levels of customer service, promoting loyalty, retention and satisfaction
  • Working in partnership with the sales teams to ensure the success of the dealership

You therefore, will be a self-motivated, helpful and courteous individual with an organised approach and an eye for detail. Previous experience as a Service Customer Advisor within the Automotive industry is essential, further training will be offered via our dedicated Academy.

The role is 47.5 hours per week which includes Saturday mornings.
