VENUE SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES - LONDON 20-22K plus bonus (OTE 23-25K) We have several exciting opportunities to join our growing team of sales professionals. We are looking for people with both sales and managerial experience ideally in hospitality but we welcome applicants from any industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager your role will be to work both independently and part of a team driving advanced sales business into the venue. Responsibilities : Grow and maximise Advanced Sales including party bookings, guest list and corporate events Work to pre-determined targets for Advanced Sales, maximising all opportunities to achieve these. Work within our Central Call Centre cold calling clients up to 3 days a week Deputise for the Sales Manager in their absence Continually build and validate a database of contacts Assist the Sales Manager and General Manager in achieving overall sales and business targets, by developing local initiatives, contrived events and promotion of the venue Assist clients with enquiries and bookings and maximising sales from these bookings Perform client show rounds and meet and greet clients, acting as the Venue representative Be creative resourceful and constantly looking for new business opportunities ABOUT US Novus Leisure are a 52 strong late licensed bar, restaurant and nightclub business trading across the UK with 80% of our venues being in London. All our Bars are in prime locations and are large multi room venues which give our customers the ability to have many different experiences all under one roof. The Companys all day operating format also see all of our bars trade with a quality food offer which we feel is an important component for our success. Tiger Tiger, the lead brand, trades from nine units, including the hugely successful original in the Haymarket, London, and eight in the regions including Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff & Newcastle. We dominate the West-End of London with some of the UKs most successful Bar/Restaurant concepts including Grace, Piccadilly Institute and Jewel Bar - Covent Garden & Piccadilly We also trade seven individually named & unique Bars in the City of London that on the whole trade Monday to Friday and offer a contemporary, premium bar concept with a wine and cocktail bias.
