Senior Sales Executive

Our client is a long established planning leads provider base in the quaint village of Coggeshall. The have been established for over 25 years with access to a unique and trademarked product. You will joining a small team who really know the product well and have been with the company for some time making them ideal to learn off!
The company is looking for sales superstars to drive growth and ultimately, make loads of money!!
We are looking for someone that has a strong ability to generate new business, manage a sales pipeline and close deals. You will come with some great experience as well and an excellent sales track record. You will also have account management skills to maintain long lasting and prosperous relationships to get repeat business!
You must have a ‘hunter’ mentality with the ability to generate your own leads through to the final sales.
Someone with a entrepreneurial flair would be great as the scope for this role in immense, they will support you with any good ideas you have to drive sales through different routes to market.
The company has access to the data when construction planning applications are added to the register. This means that the companies you will be contacting and offering their subscription service, will have access the strong leads before the actual buyer is spending and the opportunity to win the business first.
This is a very unique product with minimal competitors along with a wide range of prospective clients you can target for business. There is a real chance to make a great earning here!
The objective of the role will ultimately be to make contact with 5 decision makers a day offering planning permission leads with a target of 1 sales per week. This isn’t a 200 call a day job as they pride themselves on quality over quantity!
What’s in it for you?
The positon offers a great basic salary of circa £25,000 DOE with an OTE of £40,000 uncapped!
You also have the flexibility to make this role your own to get sales and being a subscription service, any business you bring on this year, you can get commission on next year if they re-sign (they have a 88% retention rate currently!). This ultimately you can almost double your commission year on year!
