Evolve Learning Group is one of the UK’s newest and most innovative training providers, backed by a number one college. With the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy and the increasing number of SMEs and blue chip clients needing training solutions, as well as our own past success, we are looking to expand our training & support team.
We currently deliver Level 2 to 6al Apprenticeship and commercial provision in Construction and Engineering, Hospitality, Accounting, IT, Hair and Beauty, Professional Services, Child and Health and social care. To help grow and shape a high-performing training team we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who has a passion for the importance training has on a business and the ability to inspire and motivate our prospective clients to help them understand this importance.
As the Senior Sales Executive for London and South and South East of England your remit is to identify potential new business and sell the full range of our service offerings. As an accredited training provider we use leading edge e-learning portfolios, and with an industry leading college behind you we expect the division to rapidly expand, giving the successful candidate scope to quickly progress their career with us.
What you’ll bring to the team;
Field based sales experience ideally selling Training services to the SME and large corporate market
Ability to close the sale in the first appointment
Ability to set your own appointments as well as attending appointments set by our agents
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage your diary effectively
Exemplary administration, organisation and communication skills
Proof of hitting targets in a fast paced sales environment
Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills
Experience of working with CRM systems
Full drivers licence

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary Scale: Circa £35,000 plus OTE of £8,000
