We are looking for a highly ambitious Senior National Account Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role working with the top 4 Mult.
My Client is a well known market leading food company who's forward-thinking strategy has led to some impressive results. My Client has delivered against its financial expectations over the past few years, achieving annual sales of over £340 million and continuing to grow market share quarter after quarter. They were also recently awarded the prestigious IGD Business Transformation award for fresh ideas on how to to take the business forward.
You will manage the negotiations and the development of joint business plans and will be the primary customer interface responsible for planning and executing budgeted volume and profit.
The successful candidate will have:
- SNAM experience with direct trading responsibility for a major multiple.
- Experienced NAM with direct trading responsibility for a major multiple looking for their next step up.
- A FMCG background.
- People management skills.
- Experience of P&Ls.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
