Senior Lettings Negotiator - Hampshire

The company

Our client has been successfully selling property and land in North Hampshire for 21 years. Whatever the market conditions they pride themselves as being able to provide accurate sales and rental valuation and advice, one of their main skills being selling and letting property.

The Role

Due to continued expansion of the lettings department, the successful candidate would be joining the existing team. The Senior Lettings Negotiator will focus on creating new business opportunities including advising prospective clients on all aspects of letting their property. This is will be achieved by demonstrating to the customer the excellent service the company offers by the marketing of their property using a blend of proven traditional methods and attracting the best quality tenants. Candidates must have demonstrable ambition and be able to show a willingness to take personal responsibility for achieving goals and targets set.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and experience to be suitable for the role :

Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the lettings industry
Excellent customer service that can assist in driving the business forward
Ability to produce results in a competitive market
Proactively maximise all sales opportunities to assist with the achievement of target and goals set
Good IT skills are required as the successful candidate will have to use technology on a daily basis
Demonstrable experience at building both internal and external relationships is required
Ideally the successful candidate will be ARLA qualified

Key Skills

Experience of the lettings industry
Ability to demonstrate a good track record
Self motivated, ambitious and able to work with minimal support
Experience of consistently achieving KPIs and sales/income targets
Strong customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to demonstrate ambition to prove your ability and grow with the company
