An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful commercial leader from a retail and wholesale background to join this market leading Hair & Beauty products client as their new Senior Commercial Manager to effectively develop and implement commercial sales plans and activities ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.

Stocking all the best brands on the market, they are tried and trusted over and over again as the go to place for all hair and beauty businesses, large or small to stock from.
The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the regional management team and the commercial department from head office. They will lead, motivate and drive their team to achieve the business plans, budget and revenue targets and profit targets are met. The success of this role will come from strong people management, setting out and achieving business development and sales plans and overseeing and supporting strong store operations with the management team.
The successful candidate for this Senior Commercial Manager will come with a proven track record within a multi-site operation business but from a head office senior role, and ideally come from the Hair & Beauty trade or similar product background. They will be able to demonstrate strong sales, promotion and business development examples of success and be able to forge strong working relationships both internally and externally. They will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong presentation skills and be able to manage up and down very effectively. They will be able to identify, understand and roll our training plans and needs, be very well organised and have previous experience of working within a senior management team. A strong commercial, financial, analytically minded candidate is required here and the ability to make decisions leading to successful outcomes and someone that enjoys consistently adding new and creative ways of achieving results. The successful candidate will be located in South East England so they can locate to the office however extensive travel will be required within the UK for the role.
