Senior Business Development Manager - Commercial Property Agency
£30,000 - £40,000 (£70-90,000 OTE)
The position is to take a leading role in the business development of London’s fastest growing, friendly occupier-focused real estate consultancy.
Senior Business Development Manager Main duties:
You will be responsible for pitching to potential new clients and consulting clients on the process of acquiring new office premises. The role will involve a mix of phone based and face to face sales.
You will report to the directors and will be responsible for:
+ Winning new business from prospects.
+ Developing and managing existing clients.
+ 90% of leads will be warm leads and referrals. The role is not a cold calling role but a strong cold calling ability is necessary
+ You will also be responsible for managing accounts and helping to identify potential office premises for occupier clients within the Central London market
Candidates MUST possess all of the following:
+ Proven success in a new business field sales role
+ Experience in hitting (or exceeding) sales targets
+ First class customer service and excellent telephone manner
+ Developing new client relationships
+ Highly personable team player
+ Desire to play an active role in a developing business
