Description

As the Senior Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new business contract wins for Outsourced sales & Customer service contracts Nationally.

  • Target a range of clients across numerous sectors to supply outsourced contracts.
  • Deliver key growth targets to the business.
  • Operate from a home-office, self-generating key opportunities to win new business.
  • Retain clients and contract development.

Profile

The successful Senior Business Development Manager will be ideally within the Outsourcing/BPO sectors, with key contracts across various industries able to deliver new contracts to the Outsourced Sales Centre.

  • Based in commutable distance for Leeds, Bradford, Sheffield, Doncaster, Hull.
  • Able to Travel Nationally.
  • Clear business development track record in service driven solutions - ideally BPO.
  • Strong negotiator and pro-active in lead generation and development.

Job Offer

£60,000 - £65,000 + Car + Uncapped Bonus - £100k OTE.
