The Role:

Your role as Senior Business Development Manager will be to accelerate the expansion of a disruptive fintech start up by contacting key decision makers in SME's and high growth businesses across multiple verticals. You will self-generate and inherit prospect leads, tasked to convert these into long term sales channels on a quality over quantity basis. Any accounts created will be retained in this pure Business Development role giving a large earning potential.

The Company:

Our client is a high growth fintech start up that was established in 2016. They provide a financial solution which instantly unlocks working revenue from a company's supply chain without a contract. They are currently a small team that is rapidly expanding, looking for personable and professional salespeople who can fuel progression in a fast-moving enterprise.

As Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, develop and grow new long-term sales channels
  • Manage leads and relationships with brokers, intermediaries
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and correspondence
  • Coordinate with Ops, Risk and Finance to on-board prospects.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 1-3 years proven B2B sales experience
  • Able to work alongside the CEO and Head of Business Development to drive sales
  • Articulate, presentable and entrepreneurial
