Job Title: Manager, Managed Print Solutions – UK & Europe Remit

Location: North West/West Midlands

Package: Up to £60,000 + Car + Package – or £Excellent basic Salary + Car + Package

The Opportunity:

This role is focused on developing and implementing the strategy to grow their pan-European print solutions proposition, and managing the team responsible for Managed Print Solutions business across the region. You will work alongside the UK and European Sales and Marketing teams to help support the MPS strategy, analysing the market and producing specifications and pricing. It’s a fast paced, challenging environment, but one where your ability to work cross-functionally internally and with major customers and develop key working relationships, will pay dividends in your success. The ability to manage longer term projects with partners and customers, and leverage the internal support functions within the business is vital, as much as sales and account management/development skills.

You:

You will be a first class sales professional, ideally with experience in SMB software solutions and preferably within print. You will be a natural relationship developer and possess a keen ability to foster and encourage rapport within your team, the wider business and with major customers at all levels. Being strong “with the numbers” is essential – the ability to forecast and control the departmental budget – as well as being able to build a range and proposition with key partners for their customers. The classic range of team management and account development skills are a standard requirement in this role – reporting processes, pricing, marketing activity, but overall commercial acumen is the most important attribute.
