The organisation is one of the newest and yet one of the UKs most successful face to face Charity support suppliers. They manage fund-raising campaigns on behalf of UK based charities using multiple approaches including tablet technology and door to door fund-raising. Each campaign is tailored to the client's specific requirements.

Senior Account Manager - Fund-raising Services

Role summary:

  • To successfully manage and take leadership of all aspects of campaigns in order to maximise profitability and continually drive and be able to demonstrate best value for the organisation and its charity partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of both the strategic and day-to-day business agenda across all campaigns through effective relationship management.
  • Continually coach and lead the organisation's Account Managers.
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships with clients through effective communication in order to increase sales, expand the business and maximise best value.
  • Support the set up of all new campaigns including collateral, reporting, communications, processing and invoicing ensuring they are profitable.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies and potential process improvements across all aspects of campaigns, ensuring that these are always within required regulatory guidelines and business rules.
  • Forecasting of campaign budgets, ensuring that production volume and quality is of a consistent standard and in-line with client requirements at all times.
  • Monitor, interpret and act on campaign KPI performances to ensure that all critical metrics are proactively managed and delivered consistently across all campaigns.
  • Construct, deliver and communicate campaign review documentation and attend regular (weekly) meetings with clients to update them on all aspects of the campaigns performance and maintain a detailed campaign issues log.
  • Be the central point for the capture and cascade of best practice as well as being the natural "go to person" for all campaign specific questions and queries.

  • Illustrate an interest and understanding in the charity sector and attend events and conferences where applicable in order to be aware of any changes or policy issues from relevant regulatory bodies.

  • Be the escalation point for serious complaints.

  • Get involved in any special projects as required.

Profile

Senior Account Manager - Fund-raising Services

Required skills and experiences:

  • At least 3 year's experience within an Account Manager role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft or equivalent software packages (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Well organised and capable of managing own time effectively and ability to deliver tasks consistently to schedule.
  • A confident self-starter who can work well using their own initiative and has experience of working as part of a Senior Management team.
  • A team player that has the ability to work individually but at the same time can deliver a common goal or objective.
  • Someone with an analytical mind and problem-solving mind with a strong eye for detail and a desire to deliver continually improvements.
  • A confident and concise communicator with good listening and relationship building skills.
  • Someone who can contribute positively to the strategic agenda of the business.

Job Offer

A basic salary of £40,000 plus quarterly bonus and company benefits
