JOB TITLE: Senior Account Manager / Account Director - Software and Outsourced Services


LOCATION: Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, London, Reading, Nottingham, Bristol, Newcastle, Sheffield, Leicester, Portsmouth, Southampton, Bath.


PACKAGE: £50k basic, + £50K OTE uncapped. + £6k car allowance - after probation, additional benefits include life assurance, a good pension contribution and private health.

Selling solutions and services around managing a business' supply chain transaction needs remotely. Some of the reasons this is becoming increasingly essential are:

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • There is full training and 'on-boarding' with the role - as such industry experience is not required.
  • Around 4-5 years account management experience in a B2B Sales role is essential, with relevant industries including: software, software as a service (SaaS) and outsourced services.
  • Account management expert; experience of strategic account plans and a track record of renewal and up-sell wins.
  • A new business mentality; a desire to further help your clients and explore ways to provide more ROI.
  • Ability to consistently hit target and bounce back from any challenges.
  • A driven problem-solver who can discuss a customer's aims and objectives and take them on a journey of change to achieving them and more, rather than selling against a product list.
  • Energetic, positive, team player - someone who will thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture where success is celebrated and rewarded.
  • Team player who isn't afraid to stand on their own either; culture is key here and the team take a down-to-earth approach to the task at hand.

ROLE INFORMATION

As the Senior Account Manager / Account Director, your role will be to work alongside the Sales Director and Head of Sales to manage a base of valuable accounts, and their complex software and outsourced services needs.

You'll be rewarded for both renewals and also any up-selling you do within the base, really opening up your opportunity to earn.

You will have the benefit of the sales support and resource of a leading global player, giving you all the tools you need to not only to open doors, but to develop as a professional.
