A blue-chip business based on the South West London / Surrey border is looking for a Sales trainer to support one of its specialist sales teams. The teams are based between a head office in South West London and a string of international locations - these roles will travel extensively to deliver, possibly up to 50% of the year,

Working closely with the Sales Learning Manager and Sales Director, the role will work to work with an internationally focused sales team, as they continue to build on their market leading position and further develop their positioning as a great sales employer.
The role will be varied and challenging - responsible for delivering sales training, running mentoring and coaching groups, assisting with the development of new material, reviewing and updating material and constantly assessing the effectiveness of ongoing learning.
To apply to the you should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a strong track record in sales and/or sales training delivery. You should have qualifications and further development/study that have supported your transition into sales training. You should have experience and understanding of sale processes and cycles aswell as a developed understanding of learning methodologies and the learning cycle.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, yet detail focused, organised yet creative and most importantly, will be a fantastic deliverer of sales training programmes and a passionate, positive influence on the winning mentality of the team.
