Experienced Sales Advisor with a strong customer focus and a confident and enthusiastic personality
Salary: £15,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £70K+ pa Office base: Hessle Position: permanent positions available. Hours: 37.5 hours per week to Monday to Friday
This is an exciting opportunity to join this growing company who deliver high quality NEBOSH and IOSH training to clients both in the UK and internationally. They are looking to recruit a full time, experienced advisor to join their dynamic sales team at the Hull-based, Hessle office.
Previous telesales experience is essential along with a proven track record, as is the ability to work with both UK and International clients. The post holder will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service dealing effectively with customer requests and queries, seeing them through to completion.
Key responsibilities will be: - Advise clients on products and make sales as appropriate - Generate enquiries and new sales leads for the sales team - Converting and closing orders at every opportunity - Maximising cross-selling and up-selling opportunities - Promotion through certain marketing initiatives
The successful candidate should be target driven, whilst maintaining a strong team commitment. A high level of PC literacy and competency with Office software packages is also essential. The applicant will require the skills to rapidly develop comprehensive knowledge of their IT systems, their market and their product range.
