This leading Unified Business Communications Services and Solutions provider is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Team Manager to manage a brand new sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an award winning mobile phone retailer based in the vibrant location of Pride Park in central Derby.
The Role The role of Sales Team Manager is critical to the on-going success and future growth of the company. Your role will be to manage and drive the performance of your Telesales team to enhance sales volumes across all of their online brands. Alongside this you will also ensure they maintain the excellent service standards their customers expect.
As Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of coaching and performance management of your team, and you will have the autonomy to recognise high achievers and reward where appropriate.
About You As the successful candidate for the Sales Team Manager role, you will ideally have previous experience within managing a telephone based sales team. Able to provide a high quality and sales performance in a targeted and dynamic environment. A pro-active and hands on approach to management, with coaching skills and driving sales revenue experience is crucial to being successful in this role.
As an important member of the management team, you will be accountable for your team's performance and will be expected to continually look at ways to develop and improve performance and team productivity.
You will work a total of 40 hours per week over 5 days, working between Monday and Saturday and between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00 on a shift basis. Pay is competitive with a basic salary of £20k - £22k plus bonus (OTE £30k)
