My client are looking for an experienced sales team manager to oversee the day to day running of the sales team, including monitoring activity and ensuring KPIs are met. You will be given a high level of autonomy and work closely with the MD to set these KPI's.
You will be involved with the hands on training and continued support of all staff - Monitoring call stats - Manage Data Sets - Regular one to ones and Appraisals - Proactivelly set new marketing ideas.
You will be involved in training and developing a brand new sales team, therefore, please only apply if you have suitable Sales Team Leader experience.
Hours are 40 hrs a week. Mon - Fri 9-5. Salary
£25k, OTE £35k
