My client is a leading multi-channel, high service distributor supporting millions of engineers and purchasing professionals globally. My client operates in 36 countries and trades in over 100, with over 4,500 employees servicing their world-wide customer base. Their products range from electronic components to industrial products from over 3,500 leading suppliers.
As a key member of the European sales function reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing, coaching and developing a team of 12 internal sales executives to achieve sales targets and other department performance KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing an internal sales team effectively delivering service and sales campaigns when needed and motivating others. In addition, you will have experience in managing and ensuring service levels are maintained effectively with available resources and through interpreting and using forecasting tools and data.
