Sales Support / Administrator / Sales Advisor / Customer Service / Business Development / B2C / Customer Order Processing / Internal Sales

Sales Support Administrator with previous experience in customer service / sales support is needed by our client, the UK's leading triathlon sportswear brand to be based at their Guildford (Surrey) head office. They have successfully built a reputation for their high performance and quality gear and are best known for their innovative wetsuits.

With sponsorships from elite triathletes and sales to over thirty countries worldwide, they are now looking for a new member to join their B2C team.

Your ultimate goal will be to increase the company's sales and customer base, with a role that involves a mixture of account administration and business development.

The Role

  • Building relationships with their international and domestic retail customers
  • Identifying and contacting potential customers
  • Processing orders
  • Handling enquiries (via phone, skype or email)
  • Liaising with carriers and customers
  • Dealing with returns, warranty appeals, cancellations & amendments
  • Updating customer records
  • Working closely with their sales managers (international and domestic)
  • Reporting to the General Manager

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service / sales support role
  • Experience working for a brand or wholesale business (advantageous)
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Interest in sports (advantageous)

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 (dependent on experience)
