This company is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator
- Take and Enter Customer orders into their Database system. - Assisting customers - Answering incoming calls - Produce sales reports daily, weekly and month the reporting back to the managing director. - To prepare pricing & quotations when required and follow up all enquires quickly after initial enquiry. - To ensure that all customer record files are updated with relevant information by the recording of sales, sample request and contact details. - To liaise with the production facility staff to get customer orders systemised. - To assist with general administration and any general enquiries.
- Experience in sales administration. - Promotional Experience - Good Computer Skills - Confident telephone manner/ Excellent Communication Skills. - Enthusiasm and Drive. - Good Time keeping
