The Role: The successful Sales Office Manager will be based daily in their East Midlands offices and will be responsible for managing a team of sales people who sell into builder merchants and construction contractors. You will also spend around 40% of your time managing and developing your own accounts, working to both team and personal targets. Coaching, training and leading your team successfully, you will report into a highly experienced management team. The Company: Established over thirty years ago and with a sales turnover approaching £20 million, this UK company is now expanding their sales team. They manufacture a full range of plastic building products such as access panels, air leakage, cavity closers, dry roofing and loft access doors, as well as flood defence items. Now looking to recruit a new Sales Office Manager as they create a new role. For this Sales Office Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
You will have managed a sales office
Candidates may come from a construction, industrial and commercial sales background
Strong leadership skills and a charismatic personality
