Job Title: Sales Negotiator & Estate Agents - Online Media Sales

Location: Shoreditch, EC2A

Salary: 19,500 - 36,000 per annum incl OTE

Position: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Start Date: 2 x Positions Available Immediately

THE ROLE IS BASED IN SHOREDITCH (CLOSEST STAIONS: LIVERPOOL ST AND SHOREDITCH HIGH STREET STATION).

Bluetownonline are currently looking for experienced sales negotiators to join our current team of Business Development Managers working within online media sales team. You don't need to have any previous online media or advertising experience; however we're keen to hear from you if you have experience in a sales environment including Property Sales, Digital Sales, B2B Sales where you'll be able to bring your knowledge and work within an excellent team.

The Company

We're a vibrant agency with two exciting new openings to join our growing company. We work with companies across the UK helping them find their next great employee using online tools and techniques to attract the best candidates and you'll be the main point of contact throughout each digital campaign. This position is a mixture between new business and account management so you'll need to have an excellent telephone manner and hands-on approach to delivering great results

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a valued member of the team you will be responsible for generating new business sales over the phone selling online recruitment advertising
  • Maintaining relationships with clients
  • This is a key role within the agency with the aim to generate new revenue streams whilst creating long lasting profitable relationships with companies

Key Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Experience in B2B Sales
  • A drive to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Motivation to work autonomously
