The Role: As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of internally based sales people - located in regional offices in the North, Midlands and South of the UK. Travel will be required to spend time leading, coaching, mentoring, recruiting and training the internals sales team.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within managing a sales team - experience of recruiting, coaching, motivating and developing a sales team is essential. You'll need to be comfortable with travel across regional offices in England, plus be well organised and a first class communicator.
£35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary
