The Role: The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, coaching and mentoring a team of six territory managers, as well as spending around 20% of your time managing key accounts. Your team sell into builders merchants, buying groups and retailers, from independents through to large corporates. Superb company and product training is standard here for the new Sales Manager.

Strong field sales and sales team management experience
Experience in the construction industry is useful
You will have a hands-on approach and be used to working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to coach and stretch your team is vital
