Due to their continued expansion they have an exciting opportunity to join their High End Brand. They now want to add a quality Sales Manager to assist in the ongoing growth of the business.
The Sales Manager has a key role within the organisation. It is the front of the company and this person needs to lead by example.
This role is to ensure that sales targets are met. The sales manager manages the sales design team and reports to a director.
They expect this person to provide high standards of organisational leadership and drive high customer service levels as well as high levels of sales
- Lead negotiation and opportunity creation for sale conversion through live lead database - Manage the sales & showroom team - Manage the external & internal marketing department & budget to achieve the required number of leads including the distribution of leads - Ensure the showroom is up to date and snag free - Agree sales targets according to the company's goals and objectives - Lead weekly sales meetings - Meet with a director on a weekly basis - Commission based on company performance - Meet with the operations manager on a weekly basis - Control and check customer contracts
