The Role: This Sales Manager role is to sell into construction and civil sub-contractors such as small formwork and concrete providers. This new role is an even split between account management and business development and the new sales manager will be expected to speak to site managers and business owners. The role involves staying away a couple of nights a week and you will get full company and product training.
The Company: This market leading company is looking to maintain their current growth record hence their search to recruit a new Sales Manager to join their team. They offer the hire of a vacuum extraction service commonly used to safely expose underground utilities, an ever-needed product these days.
For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales background
  • A track record of selling a construction product at site level is a must
  • Any experience of selling in the hire industry is a bonus but not essential
  • You will have excellent rapport building skills and be happy to travel extensively
