Position: Sales Manager
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum

About the role:
They have an exciting opportunity for a driven sales individual with experience in B2B and telephonic sales to join their Commercial team and help grow their expanding Corporate proposition.
In this newly created role you will take responsibility for identifying, researching, pursuing, and making new business appointments of specified size and value. Selling their employer services to corporate prospects and clients in relation to managing absence and aiding return to work, you will be required to hit monthly and quarterly new business targets.
You will support the commercial team with new business implementation and manage customer relationships where required, meeting with existing and prospective customers to discuss their needs.
You will be a creative and confident individual, ideally with a proven background in proactive sales, face to face customer meetings, business development and account management. A background in healthcare or a solution service environment would be an advantage although a driven and personable individual is their main priority.
The position will be based in Croydon calling B-2-B, so it is essential that you have a strong confident telephone manner. If you are passionate, results oriented, innovative and ambitious, they want to hear from you.
To be shortlisted for interview, you will have:
- Good understanding of CRM databases (ideally Salesforce)
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Proven ability to deliver results within required deadlines
