This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Sales Manager or Telesales Manager to elevate themselves on the next step of their career.

Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to run a small high earning internal team with the objective of converting hot prospects from online marketing activity

This dynamic role requires the individual to gain an in depth understanding of the business offering and develop the sales team's ability to identify specific needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and possesses a strong desire to succeed with ambitions to grow a sales function. They are able to work to given targets and be a self-starter without the need for constant direction. The successful candidate will be dynamic with the ability to quickly adapt, be commercially savvy with a flexible and collaborative operating style. They will be highly motivated and committed with enthusiasm to achieve overall company goals and in turn achieve high levels of personal development. They will demonstrate strong initiative to provide relevant information to clients and manage daily activity to maximise their output.

Responsibilities

 * Manage the sales team to achieving individual and team sales targets and KPI's
 * To manage written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
 * Organise, plan and conduct team meetings on a regular basis.
 * To carry out 1-2-1 reviews and appraisals in conjunction with senior colleagues
 * To manage, coach and develop a team of direct salespeople. Strong motivational skills are essential for this role
 * To ensure the team maintains good relationships with clients with the aim of generating repeat business and referral business.
 * To ensure a first rate customer experience, meeting and surpassing the expectations of customers.
 * To ensure that the team maintains the CRM system, updating customer records throughout all communication.
 * To provide regular reporting of all sales activities to the management team.

The Sales Manager Benefits
A competitive base salary up to £35,000 and a realistic OTE of £100,000, annual holiday leave (including flexible bank holidays) plus much more
