High uncapped earnings potential for a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive – Office Furniture, Storage, Seating, Desks with a multinational office furniture manufacturer.
SALARY: £40,000- £45,000 basic- possible flexibility, OTE; Year One- £55,000- £60,000 realistic based on hitting target and exceedable. Year Two onwards £70,000- £80,000+, commission doubles once you hit target.

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: North London, South London, Middlesex, Surrey Essex, Herts, Bucks, Berkshire, Kent, Sussex within 30- 40 miles of London
A project based sell involving developing relationships with dealer/ distributors who are your “eyes and ears on the ground” and to make sure they promote my client when talking to end users with new build or refurb projects. You will also be selling to architects and design practises who will be involved with specifying storage and workstation seating, and desking. So this can be a multi influencer/ decision maker sales process which will be 6 months plus from start to finish. Project sizes usually range from £20k up to £100k+ and can range up to £1m+. You will be given a realistic target in year one which will earn you the on target earnings above – this is uncapped. Ultimately you should be able to double or triple your first years salary and reap the financial rewards. My client tends to concentrate on larger value projects, but at the same time understands that these can be harder to come by and take longer to secure. There is an Internal Salesperson who helps with chasing enquiries and generating leads.

To be considered for this potentially financially rewarding Sales Manager - Office Furniture role you will have proven track record of sales success in a dealer channel, ideally storage, seating or furniture, but would definitely consider other commercial interior products, for example lighting, partitioning or flooring via dealers, distributors and/ or resellers. My client would definitely consider really exceptional candidates working for a dealer selling to end users ready for a move to a manufacturer.
