This is a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive with demonstrable ability to move into a managerial position for a world-class organisation. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales people across a territory, but also within one of the sectors of expertise. You will be actively and heavily involved in a targeted approach to developing a sales pipeline, which is supported by a well-developed full sales strategy. You will be actively involved in full sales strategy development, target approach and pipeline management, as expected.
A large part of this role will also centre on coaching, mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to find, scope, develop and ultimately win high-value deals with C-level contacts. You will also have your own personal targets.
As a senior member of the sales team, you will be reporting directly into the SVP of Sales. You will therefore be confident and at ease with board-level and senior level engagement, such as dealing with key decision makers within target companies. You will be the driving force of the sales cycle, designing and implementing sales strategies for your target territory and sector. You will be customer-focused, but will also focus on ways to exceed sales plans and business objectives.
