We are looking for people who have either sales or recruitment experience to join the best small recruitment company in the UK.

We are Austin Fraser and we are specialists in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences. We are looking to grow our business even further by recruiting experienced sales people who are ready to take on their next challenge in their career. But we aren't just looking for anyone, we are looking for the right people…

What we're in search of…

  • Extensive sales experience: We require people who have had a minimum of 6 months in a sales environment that involves B2B sales, outbound calling and client facing interaction. This experience should be field or office based.
  • People who have knowledge of the role: We don't expect applicants to know absolutely everything about the world of recruitment, but we do expect people to have an understanding of what the role entails. We want you to be sure that it's something you want to do.
  • Effective communication skills: We have a pretty high standard of the way we do things here at Austin Fraser and we want to make sure that everyone we are taking on board is able to listen and communicate with both candidates and clients as well as their colleagues.
  • Clear goals: We like people who have a clear vision of where they want to be and how they are going to get there. To us, if you really want something, you will have a plan of how to get it.
