This sales role is all about your sales skills. You'll be tasked with winning and closing new business deals with new name enterprise customers. You need to identify how you'll hit your target from the outset and know when and where your deals will close. That means identifying where your revenue will come from and knowing how many large, medium and small deals you'll need in the pipeline at any given time, as well as knowing how to keep multiple plates spinning at multiple sizes. In addition, you'll need to understand how a large organisation works so that you know everyone is pulling in the same and right direction. As a person, you'll need to be determined without being over confident, it is very much a collective environment so you can't be too stuffy or aloof you'll need to mingle and build a strong network that will enable you to orchestrate a team when the need is required.
