The role of a Recruitment Consultant at AF:
Working as a full desk Recruitment Consultant you will become a specialist within your niche sector, responsible for building and growing your desk. Your aim will be to become the go - to recruiter for all of your clients and candidates, standing out against all external competition. Your days will be a varied mix of new business development and resourcing and you'll regularly get out of the office to meet with your clients/ candidates face to face and attend networking events.
You won't be micro managed by sky high KPIs; your activity, effort and intent will all be recognised with a focus on quality, consultative working.
