Graduate Property Marketing / Sales - NO COLD CALLING 

Our client is an established, yet rapidly growing team of marketing specialists, selling property professional legal and surveying services to clients nationwide.

Their company owns a number of online super brands within the legal property sector in Fridays move, Homeward Legal, Surveyor Local, Indeed, Capital Conveyancing and Best Value Conveyancing.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Chancery Lane, London
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £20k per annum, £45-50k OTE 

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a fun and vibrant team and make their mark with a renowned industry leader.

Reporting to the Sales Manager responsibilities will include:

-Handling the delivery of incoming leads. (There is absolutory no cold calling)
-Proactively selling a range of products to both new and existing customers.
-Conveying technical information across all products to customers.
-Providing the highest level of customer sales and service by implementing a progressive contact strategy.
-Carry out all associated sales administration.
-Disciplined use of all IT systems, to provide a relevant and accurate account of all sales steps and customer interactions.
-Develop and consistently work individual business pipeline.
-Assist other team members and departments when necessary.

About you:

To be considered for this role you will:

-Have previous sales experience- inbound/outbound.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Have a proven track record.
-Have experience using a CRM system.
-Have the ability to prioritise and multi task at any given time
-Have a basic understanding of the conveyancing and home survey sector. (Training will be provided)
-Be skilled in identifying, qualifying and generating new business opportunities.
-Be resilient, proactive and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
-Be an effective influencer and communicator.
- Have the desire to succeed and progress.

You may have experience of the following: Sales Executive, Business Development, Lead Generation, Telesales, Sales Executive, New Business, Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Telephone Sales, Estate Agents, Field Sales, Banking, Financial Sales etc.
