This is an opportunity to join a growing company in the wheel and tyre sector specialising in B2B sales and online retail since 2003. They are located in the Medway Valley Park estate near the cinema and Hollywood Bowl - (Not Medway City Estate), where roads in and out are rarely congested and they also offer very sociable working hours. Their company offers opportunities to grow amongst a smaller team, make a difference and improve service performance.
They seek a highly motivated and organised individual to handle sales calls, general enquiries, and customer services to work as part of their team processing orders and liaising with their warehouse team.
The role requires an enthusiastic individual who is able deal with day to day order processing and administration, take calls for both business and retail customer enquiries and develop positive relationships with clients, handle customer complaints and held develop ever improving processes and systems. They are looking for a new team member to join and grow with their company.
- Deal with incoming calls and emails
- Processing sales
- Taking and managing customer service queries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers.

- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- High level of customer care
- Diligence to completing tasks
- Computer literacy, with the ability to use a Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Be thorough and efficient with attention to detail.

- Experience in the wheel market advantageous but not essential
- German speaking advantageous but not essential
