The Foodservice Sector which is growing by 3% per year is expected to be worth over £56 billion to the economy by 2019 and this company wishes to secure additional revenue income by exploiting this fast paced dynamic environment.
This role would be ideal for an experienced Field Sales Representative who is looking for the next step up, likewise it will would suitable to someone who already has established foodservice experience through dealings with the major Foodservice operators such as Brakes, Bidfood and the major wholesalers.
You will expected to drive their Foodservice ambitions through frequent contacts with established accounts and will be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities.
They are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of success and can demonstrate a natural flair for sales and someone who is accustomed to seeking and securing new business.
You will be expected to work alongside the existing Sales Team but will lead the foodservice sector growth ambitions through management of existing accounts and new business development.
To develop their presence within the foodservice sector by increasing awareness of range benefits, customer penetration and user pull through whilst identifying any additional opportunities.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for all foodservice development where positive working relationships will be established and maintained through regular meetings, presentations and customer field visits. Working with Contract Catering teams of the Major Foodservice operators such as Brakes, Bidfood and the National Wholesalers you will be expected to secure meetings, present and prepare samples and develop contract listings to aid growth.
You will also be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities in various channels such as Hotels, Restaurants, Leisure and Business Catering, Education and Health catering.
