We’re looking for an ambitious sales executive to join a well-established security service and solutions provider who are looking to grow their team in the heart of Chelmsford!
Your role will be generating interest for the fantastic security services they provide and you will be booking appointments for the field sales representatives to go out and close the deals you have initiated! The role itself includes all of the usual duties of a Sales Executive; from bringing on new business, building relationships with existing clients as well as creating new sales opportunities. You’ll be supplied with lots of leads to work off of but as every Sales Executive knows, you can’t rely on database leads alone so you'll be a true hunter for business and have the ability to lead generate and have a real eye for a deal.
To achieve this you will generate new opportunities through various methods, such as cold calling, emails, reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Managing your pipeline and following up on warm leads will be key. Saying this, you will you will also be given a lot of data to call from to really hit the ground running!
The company has been running for over 20 years and are continually looking to expand and improve. The provide all things from CCTV systems, video surveillance and intruder detection to security fencing and number plate recognition. They provide these services to a broad range of companies and schools alike so you will not be short of people to call! They are based in Chelmsford and accessible by public transport but they do have an onsite car park so if you would rather travel to work via 4 wheeled or 2 wheeled transport, you can keep your vehicle safe whilst you’re at work.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has sales experience in a similar role or even some that has the right personality and ambition to get into sales. You will be working alongside the Sales Manager who is down to earth and enjoys a beer as much as the next person!
What’s key for this role is telephone manner and attitude.

The role offers a great basic salary circa £20,000 dependant on experience as well as excellent earning potential with OTE!
