Salespeople are managed around KPIs for web demos and calls rather than getting out and actually meeting clients. This is potentially a cost saver but reduces the sales person's ability to do what they do best - building relationships. Our client is at the forefront of legal process outsourcing (LPO) services with some truly market leading compliance and legal solutions, however they still realise the value of the face to face relationship. If you have some experience in sales and have the aptitude and desire to progress this could be a great chance for you to eventually maximise your time in front of clients.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This client is looking for candidates with sales experience
They like candidates with a creative approach who can use email, calls and face to face meetings to build strong relationships.
It would be a bonus if you have any experience of selling to legal firms of legal counsel within corporations.
Attitude is key and they will consider people from any B2B background if they demonstrate the required drive and willingness


ROLE INFORMATION

This is a new business role where you will be responsible for finding and nurturing opportunities for e-discovery and e-disclosure solution
The role involves cold calling, email campaigns, face to face meetings and client entertaining. You'll be expected to build strong business and personal relationships with the client.
Customers are a mix of large FTSE 250 type accounts and Legal Firms looking to outsource their work
The company has a strong track record in their industry and prides themselves in having very low staff turnover and a fun, engaging culture
