Job responsibilities
Build a strong sales strategy on the US & European market primarily, winning new business and growing existing accounts.
Promote CodinGame's value proposition to prospective customers
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic customers

Required skills
3+ years of sales experience ideally within the IT recruitment industry / IT services
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a startup environment
Fluent or native English speaker

Work environment/Compensation
Remote possible, can be based in a European City (Paris, London, Dublin, Amsterdam).
Our very advanced sales stack: Pipedrive as a CRM (Salesforce is for the elderly), automation with Clearbit-Madkudu, Pandado for online contract management
Salary & Equity: we got a sales compensation plan (both variable wage & equity) that is pretty rewarding to high-performance salespeople.
