The primary responsibility of this quota carrying role is to sell their online platform to B2B Sales and Marketing Leaders. They are looking for Sales Executives with experience who will understand and effectively communicate the value of their innovative approach to fulfilling sales development tasks such as lead qualification, appointment setting or increasing event attendance.
Responsibilities: - Retain and open new opportunities within existing accounts - Deliver consistent monthly sales revenues against a quota - Support the creation of sales campaigns focused on communicating the value of the company to - B2B sales and marketing leaders - Generate the necessary volume of outbound activities to support a healthy pipeline that progresses the business forward - Conduct face-to-face, telephone and online meetings - Connect with their customers on a consistent basis and respond to all requests within a timely fashion - Follow their defined sales process - Provide competitive customer and market insights - Report activities and opportunities through their CRM - Recommend process enhancements for demand generation efforts and selling techniques
Sales Executives establish sales goals, revenue forecasts, activity benchmarks and win/loss reports that illustrate overall performance against quota.
All Sales team members become experts on the functionality and benefits of their technology and are able to provide a comprehensive demonstration of the their offering to their B2B clients and prospects.
Experience and skills - 2 years of B2B sales performance - Excellent oral and written communications skills - A positive self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity - Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an absolute focus and quality of work - Strong research, telephone and online networking skills - Experience using CRM tools for tracking contacts and sales activities - Bachelor's degree
