Your new role
You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing leadership of of defined global sales excellence work streams, with significant contribution to optimising customer experience and achieving business growth objectives. You will provide regional input into the design, plan, coordinate and lead global sales excellence initiatives across regions and businesses.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong track record of leading and developing successful sales teams across a variety of companies. Extensive understanding of sales best practices and competencies. Decisive planning and execution skills with an eye for detail and the ability to maintain good judgement in fast-paced environments.
Must have Salesforce experience
