Based in Livingston, West Lothian, we are a growing independent specialist in the installation and maintenance of business telephone systems and photocopier / printer solutions tailored to suit the size and needs of your organisation. Our team are highly skilled and qualified in systems provided by global leaders including Avaya, Siemens, Konica Minolta and Microsoft.

Things move fast at incovo and we need someone who can keep up and who wants to be part of a company determined to deliver growth whilst at all times providing a service geared toward our customer’s needs.

The Role of Sales Development Representative:

We're looking to accelerate our growth in Scotland and the UK, and we need to hire ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales Development Reps to drive lead generation and qualification.

So, if you are an ambitious individual with proven commercial experience then please do get in touch. You don’t need to be a technology expert as full training will be provided - you just need to have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, be personable, friendly and a great communicator.

About you

You should be ambitious and hard-working with solid experience in targeted sales such as SaaS sales, recruitment, technology, media sales or events sales with a work hard play hard ethic.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong desire to build a career in sales
  • Track-record of success
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • First class interpersonal skills
  • Must love the challenges and rewards of over-achieving against sales targets and working in a fast entrepreneurial tech company
  • Listening and empathy – must be able to relate to customers
  • Hard working and dedicated to closing sales and growing the business
  • Excellent written English

Technical Skills:

  • Must be highly computer literate – Excel, Word are essential.


  • Degree level education preferred - good exam results in English and Maths are essential

Competitive salary which is dependent on experience, company car and un-capped commission.
