This company, together with their other well known property group, specialise in property development, property lettings and property management - operating throughout the UK.

They are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has the experience - or desire - to build a career within a fast-growing lettings and management company.

This is an exciting position for a driven and goal-orientated individual to work under the senior management team, helping to develop the service required to manage over 1600 properties.

Job Description:

To manage the sales process, handle enquiries and liaise with the onsite student accommodation teams to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Job Role:

- To achieve the lettings and occupancy requirements for all properties within the portfolio.
- To ensure each enquiry is handled in a timely, consistent and thorough manner; scheduling viewings on behalf of the site teams and following the enquiry thorough to sales completion.
- To provide a high standard of customer service and contract management to all potential tenants.
- To be responsible for the effective management of all enquiries, viewings and current tenants which may be potential tenants within the properties.
- To liaise and maintain relationships with all accommodation team members which are responsible for carrying out viewings and assisting with sales in each location.
- To validate all bookings which may be achieved through the sales process.
- To appreciate and understand the flexibility required when business levels peak and trough and deliver the best possible service. Due to the nature of the role, it may on occasions be necessary to work unsociable hours, including weekends, especially during the student arrivals and departure periods.
- To promote and contribute to the Company culture.
- To produce a high standard of reports, ensuring all the required information is delivered in a timely, accurate and in the required format.
