This gym in Kidderminster is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant. You will be proactive, have a strong outgoing personality and not need to be micro-managed. They want ambitious candidates who will strive to hit monthly targets by putting in the hours and working as required to be successful.
As their Membership Sales Consultant you will:
- Exceed monthly sales targets set - Focus on weekly new lead generation outside of the club against set KPI's in order to increase membership sales - Work to Daily/Weekly KPI's including telephone calls, appointments and prospect follow up - Work with your General Manager to implement your monthly sales plan - Implement all promotions at club level - Carry out and adhere to all sales processes & procedures - Complete monthly competitor analysis and be aware of the local market - Create relationships with local businesses and organisations to promote the club
Full time 40 hours over 5 days Full time OTE in excess of £20,000
Part time flexible hours Pay £7.50 per hour plus commissions and bonuses
Both full and part time to include evenings and weekends
The successful candidate will be self motivated, flexible in their working hours and be an enthusiastic team player.
