Better Placed are delighted to be working in partnership with a luxury B2B business who have grown rapidly and have created the exciting new position of Sales and Marketing Manager. A high-end product offering, this is an outstanding opportunity to work with a luxury brand and grow their portfolio of prestigious clients.

Focussing on high net worth leads, the successful candidate will be responsible for converting these leads into sales in addition to producing marketing material for specific product ranges.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the UK Marketing Manager to execute the lead management strategy, ensuring objectives are met successfully.
  • Active telephone selling and lead nurturing focussing on conversion and the structured follow up with the retailer / dealer network.
  • Create and drive the nurture and contact communication campaign surrounding all leads.
  • Brief and liaise with internal stakeholders, pulling together relevant resources where necessary to deliver successful integrated campaigns. This will include the wider marketing team such as digital, CRM, social media and design, as well as departments in the wider business such as member services and sales teams.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of marketing activities, meeting deadlines, adhering to budgets and other admin tasks.
  • Assist on ensuring brand consistency/messaging across all national campaigns including proofing artwork.

You will ideally be educated to degree level in a business/marketing related subject. The role requires excellent communication, telephone skills, a history of proven sales credentials, organisational, project management skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Experience within retail and commercial environments would be advantageous.
