A great opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a fast expanding team selling and supporting an innovative software system for the care sector. Based in Devon the role offers an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for a creative approach to sales and marketing of an exciting new product.

Job description:

  • The follow-up of sales leads and moving customers through a process towards implementation of the software
  • Research and establish sales opportunities with potential customers
  • Assess customer requirements and advise on product details
  • Contribute to the development of the sales and marketing plan
  • Report progress on sales and support activity to managers, and to achieve targets
  • Work closely with Care Control colleagues in administering customers’ accounts using our CRM software.

Required attributes:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven sales success in a sector offering professional products and services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Evidence of good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • An excellent understanding and/or experience of the sales process
  • Good team working skills
  • Experience of customer focused work
  • Excellent ICT abilities
  • A strong sense of motivation to succeed in an expanding and important sector
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable attributes:

  • Sales and/or marketing experience in the health or social care sectors
  • Background in health and/or social care, perhaps occupational health or nursing
  • An educational standard at level 3 or equivalent
